All prices published on include 25% VAT and are in Danish Kroner if nothing else is mentioned. Please be aware that there might be typing errors, or price changes due to tax and exchange rates.



There might be costs associated with the delivery of your product if you are buying outside the borders of Denmark. Such costs will be displayed when ordering.


Delivery time

The delivery time when buying from another country than Denmark will depend on the exact location. International carriers such as GLS or UPS will be used.



When the goods are sent, the payment will be drawn from your account. Payment can be made with: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.


28 days right of cancellation

When shopping online at Utzon Jewellery you have 28 days cancellation right in accordance with EU consumer law. If you want to exercise your right you have to give us  notice of cancellation of purchase and return the goods to us within 14 days from the date that you received the goods. That implies that you have 14 days to give notice of cancellation and further 14 days to return the goods to us. If the cancellation period expires on a non-business day, the period will be extended to the first following business day. If goods ordered together arrive at different times, the withdrawal period starts from the day the last article was received. If on return, the goods are used or damaged in any way, we are not obliged to accept a return of the goods.

Some goods cannot be possible to returned. If this is the case, we will give you notice about this before you place your order.

Return of goods

You have to send the order to us without any unnecessary delay and within 14 days of having given us notice about of cancellation. You will have to give us all the direct costs that are associated with the withdrawal.

When returning goods you are liable for the packaging and condition and you bear the risk until the goods have arrived at our head quarter.

The condition of return goods

You are liable for any depreciation of value caused by actions other than those necessary to determine the proper function or type of goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same manner as in a physical store.

If an item is used in excess of what is described above, we will consider the item as used and this means that you cannot return the item and claim reimbursement. Thus, in order to receive reimbursement you can only try the item as done in a physical store but you cannot take the item into usage.



If the goods are in a condition fit for return in accordance with the above stated, we will refund the full amount paid including the delivery costs from you to us, however not in excess of the cost of the cheapest mode of transportation that we offer. Return has to be done without any unnecessary delays and within 14 days from the date that we received notice of the cancellation. We will refund the full amount with the same payment method that you used originally when buying the goods unless otherwise agreed.

We cannot release the repayment until we have received the returned goods unless you have provided prior documentation of the return of the goods.

Return of goods

You must attach copy of the receipt of the goods that have to be returned. The return process will be faster if you also have filled in our return template and sent it to us.



When you shop online at, you have 24 months of warranty. The warranty includes repair, replacement, reimbursement or a reduction in price depending on the situation at hand. The warranty has to be valid and the possible return or reimbursement cannot be a result of wrong use of the goods, lack of maintenance, or wear and tear etc. In order to exercise the warranty you will have to give notice within a reasonable time period after having discovered the defect or ought to have discovered it.


How fast do I have to give notice in a warranty case?

You will have to give notice of a possible defect within a reasonable time period after discovering the said defect or a timeframe you ought to have discovered. The warranty will be valid for a two months period after discovery of the defect.


We reimburse the carrier costs

In the case of a valid warranty situation, we will refund your freight costs.

We will need the following information when you return the goods:

- A detailed description of the defect.

- Documentation that the goods have been sent to us, so we can refund your payment if necessary.

The goods will have to be returned in the same or equivalent packaging as received.


Privacy Policy

When shopping at, you will, as a minimum have to give us your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is necessary for us to process your order. All registered information will be handled in accordance with the EU law of personal data. Your information will not be sold or distributed to a third person in any way. The information will be kept at for five years following the current accounting year. Then the information will be deleted. We do not keep encrypted customer information and we do not transmit data.
